London: 8th January 2018: Following a stellar year of growth, Cennox, the global supplier of Banking Solutions, has completed the successful acquisition of Essex based ATM installation & security business, Acketts Group Ltd. The deal joins two recognised and respected organisations who have both been delivering critical business services to customers across the banking industry for many years.

Displaying obvious synergies through their portfolio of products and services, as well as their commitment to supporting customers through service delivery, Cennox views the acquisition of Acketts as another confident step to cementing their position as the number 1 provider of ATM services.

Cennox continues to build a leading position in delivering a complete end-to-end service which is unique in the industry. Their ability to support customers across a diverse mix of ATM focused services, with enviable in-house capabilities, has resulted in many of the worlds leading Banks and ATM deployers benefiting from efficiency and cost savings that help to drive operational improvements.

The acquisition of Acketts Group Ltd, will see all facilities and staff join the Cennox Group with immediate effect. The deal also includes their Essex Head Offices and supporting infrastructure coming under the care of Cennox.

The Acketts deal follows several other acquisitions for Cennox in 2017. The summer of 2017 saw the group acquire Diebold UK & Ireland and 3SI Security Systems’ European Division.
